Dave
Associate Director
Dave heads up our commercial and technology teams and manages a team of multi-skilled consultants across a range of specialisations. He brings a wealth of knowledge from client-side delivery and is passionate about reducing fuel poverty and improving fire safety, through providing sector leading solutions and first-class client service.
Gary
Asset Management Consultant
Gary joins M-Four in early 2022, and brings over a decade of experience in supporting Scottish Local Authorities and Housing Associations with the delivery of retrofit fuel poverty and energy efficiency programmes. Having previously led effective project teams to plan, execute and control all aspects of programme delivery, alongside his past involvement in housing stock analysis, Gary will work to support our ‘crazy goals’ as we move forwards.
Kyle
Project Manager
Kyle joined the M-Four team in early 2022, bringing over six years of experience working in housing and property management. In this newly developed role, Kyle will work with the wider team to support our consultancy activities, delivering a first-class service in line with our goal to eradicate fuel poverty in Scotland.
Joe
Fire Risk Assessor
Joe has many hats, he is a Fire Risk Assessor, leads our energy assessor team and is also a qualified and experienced energy assessor himself. His management and supervisory experience have been essential for our growth as he leads all quality assurance activities and day-to-day project management of our energy performance assessment contracts. Joe always goes the extra mile to ensure a job is done timeously and to a high standard, ensuring the best outcome for our clients.
Garry
Fire Risk Assessor
Garry’s previous experience working in the fire service for an exemplary 25 years have given him invaluable skills, training and a passion for implementing fire safe practices in all homes across Scotland. He joins the M-Four team in early 2022, working to provide high quality fire risk assessments for our clients.
Jen
Domestic Energy Assessor
Jen joined M-Four in 2021 and is a key member in our highly qualified energy team, possessing a passion to propel our ‘crazy goals’ forwards and see a positive change in Scottish housing environments. Jen brings the ability and drive to perform to high standards on every project in her role as an Energy Assessor, delivering the finest standard of work for clients every time.
Iain
Domestic Energy Assessor
Joining the M-Four team in 2022, Iain brings years of experience working in the housing sector, having previously delivered a variety of services, including welfare visits and property readiness inspections. His strong communication and time management skills make him a valuable asset to our expert energy team, as he works to support our ongoing goal of eradicating fuel poverty in Scotland.
Nina
Funding Specialist
Nina brings excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to gather detailed information from all levels of the project team. Her experience in writing for a variety of different clients in the creative, financial and computer software industries, enabling her to move deftly between different projects and deliver exceptional results.
Rachel
Funding Specialist
Rachel joined M-Four in late 2020 and brings a range of experience, having worked in the construction, education and clinical research sectors in previous years. Her sharpened communication and time management skills, as well as incisive writing style, facilitate timely, exceptionally executed projects.
